Pilot Lites is the podcast where a gal & her pals celebrate their love of weed, snacks and TV. Join Kelsea & her pals each Wednesday for new episodes. The gals will enjoy a cannabis product from a Maine provider, and then snack & snark over the pilot episodes of your favorite TV shows! Pilot Lites may occasionally feature guests, also known as flight attendants, who may or may not have expertise on a particular subject. We will always feature giggles, discussions about hair, and loving friendship!

Kelsea

Kelsea is a witchy, wisecracking work from home mom to Patrick, a teenager with a rare neurological sleep condition, Kleine Levin Syndrome.  She finds marijuana to be both fun and medicinal; she is an MMJ patient who uses marijuana to cope with PTSD and anxiety. When not on call for P or behind the mic of Pilot Lites, she enjoys camping, hanging out with her friends and sweeties, and hanging with the house pets, Grafton, Sophie & Luna. Ever the crafty witch, she dabbles in knitting, embroidery, block printing, candle making, sewing and whatever other craft happens to catch her attention in the moment. For what it’s worth (about 60K according to the student loan debt), she has a BA in Women and Gender Studies and a BS in Marketing, both from the University of Southern Maine, where she was wildly overinvolved.

Kate

Kate is a Leo, who loves food. When she isn’t painting houses for her own business, she has appeared on The Travel Channel’s Bizarre Foods (as the Maine champion, we must add!). She’s also appeared twice on The Food Channel’s Chopped, so she handles our snack challenges like a champ! She loves true crime, food (have we mentioned that yet?!?), ganja, and is obsessed with Mandy Moore. When she isn’t off camping in her pop-up, affectionately nicknamed The Kaboodle, Kate can be found at a fire near you!

Riley

Riley is a sarcastic hotelier with an internet problem. She is a cancer survivor, recovering camp counselor, and all around sass-master. She does freelance flower arranging on the side, like the secret dork that she is. When she’s not working as a people pleaser she can be found in bed watching tv, reading Jim Butcher novels, or drawing. She has a BFA in Printmaking from The Maine College of Art which resulted in an amazing ability to function on little sleep, copious amounts of caffeine, and food scraps.
