027: Mary Jane Crush Monday, or Mainely Medical

Mainely Medical is owned and run by Max, another self-proclaimed dirt nerd, and we were so happily surprised by this experience.
It took us a minute to find the location, since we visited within a week of their opening. These days, they have a giant green sign that’s hard to miss, so no worries when you decide to pay Max a visit.
Scarborough laws require you to have an appointment, but they’re easy to set up, as you can find Mainely Medical on Weedmaps (Hey mom! Look! We’re on Weedmaps!). Once you check in, you walk through the door and it’s just like… WHOA!
The store is beautifully set up for these two anxious babes. There’s a small seating area with the Schwag, and the store is large and inviting. The layout of product made so much sense for those of us who get easily overwhelmed when visiting a new caregiver. The prices were listed on cards on the counter, and were easy to reference when you spotted something you definitely wanted to come home with you.
Max showed us a ton of products and sent us home with quite a few, including a few prerolls of Cotton Candy (Kelsea llllooovveeedd this one) and White Bubble (which Riley wouldn’t shut up about). We checked out the Live Rosin, which Max works with other local distillers to make with a CO2 process, only. We checked out their chocolate bar, made in conjunction with Pot and Pan Kitchen using their flower, on our June Patreon episode!
