We met up with Skip, one of the owners of HIgh Tide Organic, at Coffee By Design for a quick chat between recording episodes in our weird time travel life.

Most of their product is grown inside (easier to control - duh!) and the Sour Sunset was no exception. A cross between Sour Diesel and Sunset Sherbert, this product was excellent.
